Our Story
Parkham Farms was established in 1988 in the rolling countryside of Somerset, with a simple mission: to produce dairy products of exceptional quality using time-honoured methods and the finest local milk.
What began as a small farmstead operation has grown into a respected name in artisan dairy, supplying farm shops, delicatessens, and independent retailers across the South West and beyond.
Our Values
Provenance
Every drop of milk comes from herds grazing within ten miles of our dairy.
Craftsmanship
Our cheeses are hand-turned, naturally aged, and made in small batches.
Sustainability
We are committed to regenerative farming and minimising our environmental footprint.
Community
We support local suppliers, employ locally, and contribute to the Somerset food economy.
Our History
Our story is rooted in the land. The rich, fertile pastures of Somerset's Levels produce milk of outstanding quality — the foundation of everything we make. From our earliest days, we’ve believed that great cheese starts with happy, well-fed cows and a deep respect for the seasons.
Today, our small team of skilled dairymakers continues to produce each batch by hand, using methods passed down through decades of Somerset cheesemaking tradition.
